1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pour Purpose Profit website, program materials, live coaching, community, and any related services (collectively, the "Program"), offered by Sugar On The Rim LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with a principal place of business in New Jersey ("Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the Program.

2. Eligibility

The Program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are enrolling on behalf of themselves or a business they own or are authorized to represent. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Program Access & License

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the on-demand modules, templates, scripts, worksheets, live coaching calls, and private community for a period of six (6) months from your enrollment date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All content is for your personal or single-business use only and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used to create a competing product or program.

4. Payment & Enrollment

Pricing, payment terms, and any payment plan details are as presented to you at checkout or during your strategy session. All fees are due as agreed at enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms are as set out in your signed enrollment agreement with Sugar On The Rim LLC. If you have questions about your refund eligibility, contact us using the details in Section 12.

6. No Guarantee of Results

The Program provides education, strategy, templates, and coaching related to business branding, marketing, and sales. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to revenue, bookings, client acquisition, or business growth. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and implementation. Any results, testimonials, or examples referenced in our marketing (including the video on this page) are not typical and are not a guarantee or promise of your results.

7. Live Coaching & Community Conduct

Weekly live coaching calls and the private community are provided to support your implementation of Program content. We reserve the right to remove any participant from live calls or the community for harassment, abusive conduct, sharing of proprietary Program materials outside the community, or solicitation of other members for unrelated products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including videos, modules, templates, scripts, worksheets, and the Pour Purpose Profit name, brand, and logo — are the property of Sugar On The Rim LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share Program materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar On The Rim LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
